What payment options are accepted?

We accept most well known payment methods:

Mastercard, VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Maestro, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay and PayPal. 

The Payment Pages used on our site are secure - you can safely enter your card details to pay for your order.

There might be some exceptions where certain payment methods won't be available and certain items ordered from our Brand Partners may limit the methods of payment available for your order. You will only see the options available to you in the checkout process. For example, pre-orders can't be paid with PayPal.

Return to sender

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order three times. 

If, for any reason they are unsuccessful, they will leave a calling card informing you your order is being returned to us. 

Unfortunately, an order that has been returned to us by the courier can’t be re-directed out to our customers again, but will be refunded in full once the warehouse team has processed it. 

If you require the items, we would ask you to place a new order.

How do I return my items?

Our returns policy is 45 days, due to the global disruption of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

You have up to 45 days to start your return from the moment your MK Gym Apparel order is delivered.

Wrong item(s) received?

We are sorry you have received an incorrect item.

Please contact us and a member of our team will help you arrange for the item to be returned, to either exchange it for the correct one or refund you.

Thank you for your patience while we put this right.

Received a faulty item?

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. Please send us the following information:

  • Your Order Number
  • Item Name
  • Photo's of proof of the fault
  • Full-length photo of the item (if different from above)
  • The MK Gym Apparel Logo and Label

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch. 

I am missing an item from my order.

In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Support team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

Unsubscribe/ delete account

Having an account is free and enables you to shop easily without having to enter your details each time. It also gives you an easy overview of your order history.

If you want to deactivate your account, please contact us confirming your registered email address and name on the account. 

Once we have cancelled your account you will receive an email confirmation

If you require the items, we would ask you to place a new order.
